Book a Reservation

Beach Area

 

Reservations:

All regular single sites are $20.00 per night/per unit.

All Group sites start with a minimum charge, price will depend on size of group site.The person booking the Group site is responsible for collecting the deposits back from there party as well as any outstanding amounts.

All regular reservations require a $20.00 deposit, which is applied to your account at check in.

All long weekend reservations require full payment upfront.

All monthly reservations are & must be (31 days,no less) and require a $100.00 deposit, which is applied to your account at check in. In order to keep the monthly rate the reservation duration can not be made shorter, each additional day over will be charged $20.00 per night.

Deposits can be made with Visa or Master Card.

Check-In time is 2:00 pm

Check-Out time is 11:00 am

Multiple Sites & Shelter bookings:

If you are wanting to book for a family reunion, wedding party or jut a large group function. The deposit will be The full amount of the shelter plus $20.00 for each site you book. The person booking the event is responsible for collecting the deposits back from there party as well as any outstanding amounts.

 

Cancellation Policy :

All reservation deposits are subject to a $10.00 administration fee when cancelled before allotted time frame, there is no refund of deposit if the cancellation is done after allotted time frame.

Regular reservations require 48 hours notice prior to arrival date.

Long weekend reservations require 7 days notice prior to arrival date.

Monthly reservations  require 14 days notice prior to arrival date.
